SERFMAN was in the deeper going near the rail. TROUBANOVA closed a gap. WATCH LITE moved up menacingly on the outside in the last quarter, then tired. HARMONICAL was always far back. HOMELIKE lost ground at the first turn and was saver able to enter serious contention. GUN MAN went up for the first sevoh-cighths, then faltered badly thereafter. CELERITAS Was always -far back. BRONZE, well up, was unable to keep pace with the winner, but was much the best of the others. RIPPLING showed good speed, bore over badly on NEALON KAY nearing the far turn and weakened in the last three-eighths.
