MARTIN NATHANSON RESIGNS CICERO, 111., Aug. 29. Martin Nathan-son has resigned as steward at Lincoln Fields, a position he has filled for several years. A report to this effect has been circulated in racing circles for several days and was confirmed by Mr. Nathanson this afternoon. When asked if he would continue in an official capacity with the Exposition Park Jockey Club, operating Exposition Park, judge Nathanson said "I do not think so."
