MURKY CLOUD, a strong factor from the start, tired in the final drive. FORT WORTH showed early speed. RACKETEER was weakly ridden., HAMILTON began fast and was forced back on the far turn. The latter, probably much the best and away slowly, was cut off in the first quarter, saved ground entering the stretch and closed with a rush. ELEGY showed her best speed, shook off MARSE CHAN on the stretch turn and held on fairly well. SUFFOLK showed good form. PERFECT DREAM raced well. LEE GOLD, hustled along- from the start, tired in the drive and was in close quarters near the end. MARSE CHAN began fast, but quit under pressure.
