GRAND NATIONAL CONDITIONS LAUREL, Md., Oct. 25. The Kaelker Brothers, who control the Cuban racing at Marianao, near Havana, have just issued the conditions for the Grand National Handicap to which 0,000 is added. This is a mile and a quarter race, to be decided March 12. With a first subscription of 0, there is a forfeit of 0 to be paid February 21 and a starting fee of 00, making it cost just 60 to start. Of the prize money there is 5,000 and all entrance and starting fees to the winner; ,000 to second, ,000 to third and ,000 to fourth. The winning jockey is to receive ,000 and the trainer of the winner ,000. Weights are to be "announced February 10.
