Start good and slow. Won driving ; second and third the same. ZORANA raced forwardly throughout, came through on the inside in the stretch, drew away, but was tiring near the end. GRANNYS TRADE, close up from the start, responded gamely when called upon and finished fast. PEACOCK GIRL went to the outside of the leaders in the stretch. DOME, a factor all th way, had no mishaps. MERRY CAROLINE forced her way through near the stretch,- then tired. GOLDEN FATE showed good form. SAINT LOUIS began slowly. FLYING SAILOR went to the outside of the leaden on the far turn, but tired badly at the finish. BROAD LIGHTS was impeded on the stretch turn and quit. AMERICANA began slowly, went to the outside of the leaders and finished fastest of all. SUN TEATIME, a factor throughout, had no mishaps. CAERLEON came through on the inside in the stretch.
