Three of the principal western candidates for the 0,000 Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes, to be renewed at the mile distance here Saturday, were put through rather exacting preparations on a fast track this morning. He covered the long route in 2:36, handily, and galloped out an additional eighth in 2:49.
