RIDERS FOR NEW ORLEANS LATONIA, Ky., Oct. 31. As in former years, a majority" of the jockeys now at Latonia will journey to New Orleans at the close of this meeting. No matter where they wind up before the end of the winter season, the knights of pigskins who take in winter racing usually are seen in colors at Jefferson Park and the Fair Grounds.
