DERBY DAY POST TIME 1 :30 LOUISVILLE. Ky.. May 2.— On Saturday, Derby day, and for that day only, post time for the first race at Churchill Downs will be 1:30 oclock. Scatch time, the same day. will be 7 a. m. The Derby program will include the usual eight races. The "Daily Double" sold here for the first time this spring will be suspended Derby day.
