SEEKING REFERENDUM SEATTLE, Wash., May 2.— The opponents of racing in this state have formed an organization for the purpose of invoking the referendum against the recently enacted pari-mutuel law, and it is expected that the work of securing the 30,000 necessary names to a petition will get under way at once.
