MILTON ROCKINGHAM STARTER BALTIMORE, Md., May 15.— Lou Smith, general manager of the Rockingham Park Jockey Club, who was a visitor at Pimlico Preakness Day, announced that he has secured the services of James F. Milton to do the starting at his New Hampshire course that opens for a twenty-eight day meeting June 20. Mr. Milton will leave following the close of the eleven-day meeting to be staged by the Southern Maryland Jockey Club at Bowie.
