CHARLEY 0 IN THE CLASSIC Star of the R. M. Eastman Estate Stable to Be Sent After Arlingtons Richest Prize. Charley O., third in the Kentucky Derby, will be seen in action during Arlington Parks thirty-day meeting, from June 26 to July 29, it was made known when trainer J. T. Taylor of the R. M. Eastman estate stable requested stabling accommodations for eight horses at the northwest side course. In addition to Charley O., victor in the Florida Derby, Taylor plans to campaign Wise Ways, Hamilton, Cathop and other well known performers at Arlington Park. Trainer Taylor believes Charley O. will play a prominent part in the running of the 5,000 Arlington Classic, which in all its four previous editions was a factor in deciding the seasons three-year-old championship. The horseman bases his prediction not only on the known quality of Mike Halls equally famous brother, but on the idea that Charley O. will favor the Arlington track much more than he did the Churchill Downs course, which is of a vastly different texture. The Eastman estate stable is one of the most prominent of the Chicago-owned racing stables, having been in the limelight ever since Mike Hall raced here in his best form five years ago. Trainer Taylor or his brother, Walter Taylor, always have been connected with the Eastman establishment. •
