CHANGE BEULAH PARK DATES COLUMBUS, Ohio, August 5. It was reported here today that the fall meeting at Beulah Park, which was scheduled to open September 2, had been postponed to September 16. A shortage of good racing material was eminent because of the large number of tracks listed to hold meetings during the first two weeks in September.
