REINSTATE GALLO AND BAINTON AUSTIN, Texas, April 11. Elizabeth M. Thweatt, secretary of the Texas Racing Commission, announced today that the commission on April 4 reinstated trainers Vic Gallo and John Bainton. They were suspended at Alamo Downs January 31. and their cases referred t the state board.
