GALLAGHER SALE MAY 2 LEXINGTON, Ky., April 11. The horses belonging to the estate of Allan B. Gallagher will be sold with those of the estate of Thomas C. McDowell in the Lexington sales paddock Thursday, May 2, under the auspices of E. J. Tranter, president of the Fasig-Tipton Company. There are eight mares seven with foals at foot and ten yearlings by splendid sires in the McDowell estate consignment, while in the Gallagher estate consignment there are the stallion Cherokee, ten mares six with foals at foot, five yearlings by Cherokee, and eight horses in training.
