FINED FOR PRIVATE ZOO William Harwood, Chicago, who was arrested and accused of maintaining a private zoo in the garage at the rear of his home, 77.37 Stony Island Avenue, was fined 00 and given until Friday to get rid of his lion, leopard, and three monkeys. Judge Brooks, who heard the case, said that he might entertain a motion to dismiss the fine Friday if the animals had been moved by that time.
