JOCKEY C. TURK SUSPENDED DETROIT, Mich., June 24.— The following ruling was made by the stewards of the Detroit Racing Association today and sent to commissioner Joseph D. Frost: "For an unsatisfactory ride on Prince Heather in the fifth race Friday, June 21, jockey C. Turk has been suspended for the remainder of the meeting, and we respectfully suggest that the suspension be made indefinite. "Signed Joseph A. Murphy. "Jack S. Young, "William A. Quigley."
