STRIKE RIOTING FATAL EUREKA, Calif., June 24.— Ten persons were shot by police, one fatally in a series of riots that broke out here Friday between about 250 strike pickets and 300 employes of the Holmes-Eureka Lumber Mill, which has been the scene of five weeks labor unrest. One woman was felled by police bullets and another was believed dying. Five policemen were hurt and ten civilians were injured.
