ARLINGTON PARK PURSES HOMEWOOD, 111., June 24.— Simultaneous with the release today of the first edition of conditions for overnight races to be run at Arlington Park, which opens Monday for a season of thirty days, the Arlington Park Jockey Club announced that while all races programmed in the condition book would have a value of ,000 or more, the value of substitute or extra races is to be 00 less or 00. A notice announcing the above policy with respect to purses was posted at Washington Park here this afternoon. «
