BROWN LEXINGTON VISITOR LEXINGTON, Ky., April 28 Edwin J. Brown, chairman of the Washington State Racing Commission, arrived today for a visit to the breeding farms in the vicinity of Lexington, before seeing the Kentucky Derby running at Louisville next Saturday. He spent a portion of today conferring with secretary Tom R. Underwood of the Kentucky State Racing Commission and also of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners. J. C. Milam, noted breeder-owner-trainer, master of Merrick Place, was today called to Louisville to be with his brother, Turner Milam, assistant manager of the Kentucky Hotel, who is seriously ill in Jewish Hospital.
