1 PIMLIC0 TURF NOTES $ — — « Stake blanks embracing the Hawthorne Inaugural Handicap, the Decoration Day Handicap, the Hawthorne Juvenile Handicap, the Hawthorne Spring Handicap, the Chicago Derby and the Illinois Owners Handicap, are available at the racing secretarys office at Pimlico. The stakes were prepared by Julius G. Reeder, racing secretary for the Chicago Business Mens Racing Association, operating Hawthorne Park, Chicago. Jockeys E. Litzenberger and George Woolf were arrivals from Jamaica to ride in the Dixie Handicap. Litzenberger was seen astride Mantagna for W. H. Furst and Woolf was aboard Good Goods for the Brookmeade Stable. Both returned to New York after fulfilling their engagements. Charles M. Waite, inventor of the finish camera in use at Pimlico received word that C. E. Faultereri, treasurer of the New Hampshire Breeders Association operating Rockingham Park, is due to reach Pimlico to inspect the operation of his camera for intended use at the New England course. Edward F. Seagram will transfer Stand Pat and nineteen other members of his stable to Woodbine Park, Toronto, Canada, next Friday. Trainer Frank Gilpin plans to campaign the stable at Detroit after racing at Woodbine and Thorncliffe. Apprentices S. Harris and M. Delio will accompany the Seagram stable.
