EGYPTIAN CABINET QUITS CAIRO, Egypt, May 11.— The Egyptian cabinet, headed by Aly Maher Pasha, tendered its resignation Saturday. King Fuad I. died only a short time ago. Preceding the resignation the parliament unanimously elected a regency, consisting of Prince Mohammed Aly, Aziz Ezzet Pasha and Cherif Sabri Pasha, which is to govern the country until King Farouk, now sixteen years of age, reaches his eighteenth year.
