NAVANOD, saved early, moved up fast after five-eighths, was sent to the inside for the drive, took command approaching the final eighth and won easily. HIGH DIVER, never far back and under good urging, tired after offering a strong bid in the stretch. KIEVSON took command after five-sixteenths, drew clear after disposing of BUDDIE TREACY and gave way when challenged, but came again near the end. WILD TURKEY, outrun early, made up ground in the drive. AMAZING had no mishaps. GAY DOG was outrun. BUDDIE TREACY quit. EIGHTH RACE 1 1-8 MILES. Dr. Clark, Oct. 20, 1921— 1:49%— 4— 119. LAW SUIT, outrun early, moved up fast after five eighths, was sent to the outside when improving his position, took command under strong urgine, but won easily. CELIBA sprinted into a long lead early, set a fast pace, gave way to the winner, but held on well. DAMASCENE improved his position on the outside of the field and finished strongly. PASTRY tired. CATINO had no mishaps. BISTRITA quit. POT AU BROOMS failed to improve his position under hard urcing and pulled up lame.
