MISS MERRIMENT IS ASSIGNED 132 POUNDS SALEM, N. H., Oct. 5. Victor Emanuels speedy filly, Miss Merriment, has been burdened with an assignment of 132 pounds, top weight for the five and a half furlongs Col. A. J. Pierce Speed Handicap at Rockingham Park Wednesday. Next in line in the weight list for the ,500 added mid-week feature is Lady Hi-gloss, from the barn of Miss Anita Doris, with 123 pounds, while Don Christmas Accolade is right behind with an impost of 122 pounds. The weight assignments announced by racing secretary H. D. Monroe for the sprint are: Horse. Wt. Horse. Wt.
