NO FALL DATES ASKED FOR DALLAS MEETING ARLINGTON, Texas, Oct. 29. Following a conference between E. Paul Waggoner Guy L. Waggoner and Trav Daniel, repre senting Arlington Downs, and Richard D George, head of the Fair Park track, Dallas at Arlington Downs here this afternoon it was announced that Fair Park would remain closed and that the current Arlington Downs meeting would be the scene of the only autumn racing in this section this fall. The announcement quashed rumors that George would open Fair Park for a short meeting following the close of the Arlington Downs session. Earlier in the afternoon George announced intentions of asking the Texas Racing Commission to grant Fair Park spring dates next year.
