PLANS THREE HANDICAPS FOR FINAL DAY AT RIVER DOWNS CINCINNATI, Ohio, Oct. 29. Racing secretary Charles Henry has hopes of flilinir three handicaps and two races at one mile and a six furlongs race for the final urogram Saturday. The Au Revoir HandicaD for two-year-olds; the Farewell, for threel year-olds and upward, both at six furlones and the Buckeye Handicap, at one mile and forty yards, will be supported by the River-Downs Endurance Handicap. The latter race and the Buckeye Handicap carry "inn purses and the Farewell ,000. The An Revoir Handicap and the other at one mile and three-quarters have 00 purses attached. From the list of nominations rl. ceived for the races, one of the most at tractive cards of the meeting will brine the season to a close. . . . b
