I JAMAICA TURF NOTES j Jockey Hubert Le Blanc, who lost his apprentice allowance on Saturday at Havre de Grace, arrived here and reported to trainer Max Hirsch. Jockeys were notified that after each race odd numbers will dismount on the far side and even numbers on the near side of the unsaddling ring.
