WILLIAM BLAXHAM DIES NEW YORK, N. Y., April 19, William Blaxham, veteran clerk who was associated with Morty Lynch and later with Max Kalik, died at his home, 18 Ellsworth Ave.. West-bury L. I. Funeral services will be held from his home Wednesday morning at 10 pclock.
