WAGNER SIGNS NEW CONTRACT HAVRE DE GRACE, Md April 19. Jockey Joe Wagner, who has been riding in splendid form of late, signed a contract to ride for the Brandywine Stable and will report to trainer W. F. Mulholland immediately. Wagner has ridden five winners since the Havre de Grace meeting was ushered in a week ago.
