LEADING AMERICAN JOCKEYS Billy Neal moved within five winners of the century mark in number of winners ridden this year when he piloted four winners last week to make his record ninety-five. Neal is at the top of the list of the American riders, with a big lead over H. W. LeBlanc, with J. Marrero in third place. Neal also boasts of the good average of .23. Three riders tied with six winners each for last weeks riding honors, Charley Kurt-singer being highest on the list followed by S. Roberts and W. L.
