N. Gilpin, and one to be appointed later; racing secretary, Fred Burton; entry clerk, W. J. Shelley; patrol judges. Bailey Boyd and A. R. Winters; mutuel manager, Roy Watson; starter, George Palmer; clerk of the scales, J. P. Turner, Jr., and paddock judge, William Jennings.
