GOVERNOR PRAISES NORMILE AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, April 26. Highly pleased with the harmonious relations between the Agua Caliente Turf Club and the Mexican labor unions. Gov. Rodolfo Sanchez Tabouda of Baja California yesterday congratulated Eugene Normile, Caliente head, on the pre-opening picture. The governor, accompanied by his staff, Gen. Manuel Contreras, head of the military, and representatives of labor unions, were escorted through the plant by Normile.
