Johnny Kermath will ship several horses purchased here, supposedly in secret for the Warner brothers of Los Angeles, to Santa Anita Saturday morning. Paul Lowery of the Los Angeles Times and Maurice Bernard of the same citys Examiner were among the spectators. They are here to cover the War Admiral-Seabis-cuit race. T. P. Morgans The Fighter was shipped to Suffolk Downs to start in the opening days stake feature there. Jockey Robert Howell has been engaged to ride T. P. Morgans The Fighter in the Plymouth Rock Handicap at Suffolk Downs Saturday. Jockey A. Clutter lost his apprentice allowance when he guided Reminiscent to victory in the fifth race Thursday. Trainer Tommy Taylor said he might ship Myron Selznicks Cant Wait to the Derby on Monday; Taylor pointed out it all depends on the colts showing in the Wood Memorial on Saturday. Thomas J. Healeys Tatterdemalion was shipped to Havre de Grace late Thursday to fill his engagement in the Philadelphia Handicap. He will be ridden by Johnny Gilbert. Johnny Longden reported sick Friday morning and was taken off all his mounts. J. L. Donovan shipped a string of the William H. Gallagher horses to Suffolk Downs to be compaigned at the Boston course and then follow through the New England season. There are three newcomers among the nominators for the stakes to be run during the Aqueduct meeting. Jockey R. Howell left for Boston after Fri-i days races to ride The Fighter in the Ply- mouth Rock Handicap Saturday.
