LOUISVILLE JOCKEY COLONY LOUISVILLE, Ky April 29 There will be no shortage of topnotch riders for the Churchill Downs meeting, a large number of them already having checked in and made applications for licenses. Most of the ranking reinsmen who were seen at Keeneland came on to Louisville, while a number of others arrived from other points.
