j LOUISVILLE POST TIME 2 P. M. LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 29 Post time for the first race at Churchill Downs daily except Derby day, May 7, will be 2 aclock. The first race Derby day will be at 12 oclock, but on that occasion there will be nine events. It was decided to offer the additional event at noon for the entertainment of the many thousands who arrive at the Downs during the morning on that day. The daily programs will include eight races.
