MURPHY INSPECTS TRACK CINCINNATI, Ohio, April 29. Judge Joseph A. Murphy, director of racing, arrived late Friday afternoon to take up his duties, at the River Downs track and complete the necessary details for the opening, Wednesday, May 4. Murphy was highly pleased with the looks of the plant as he made his first inspection trip.
