The latter, a strong factor from the start, moved up on the outside approaching the stretch, forged to the front under strong urging, but failed to withstand the winner. COUNTESS LENA, hustled along from the start, swung wide at the turn, but came again when straightened at the finish. DELOVELY tired after improving her position. LINA MAC made up ground. MISS LAMPLEY raced wide. STORM WARNING was through after going three-quarters. FAIREST FLAG improved its position through the field and finished strongly. HEARTY, a strong factor from the start, held on well. MR. MACK had no mishaps. CURB BIT was unable to keep up.
