IOWA PARI-MUTUEL BILL DAVENPORT, Iowa, Nov. 17. A bill to legalize pari-mutuel pooling in Iowa is to be introduced at the next session of the legislature, beginning in January. The measure will be sponsored, it is understood, by the Fair Managers Association of Iowa, which has headquarters in the Kuhl Building in this city, and which is seeking information from persons and organizations in other states which will be beneficial in the presentation of arguments in behalf of the bill. Information can be sent to Howard W. Powers, vice-president of the Fair Managers Association. 4
