WEIGHTS FOR BIG RACE Stagehand Second on List With Impost of 128 Pounds. Dauber and South American Star, Sorteado, Follow, Each With 124 Complete Array of Weights. ARCADIA, Calif., Dec. 15. Racing secretary Webb Everett, of the Santa Anita race track, announced the weights for the 00,-000 Santa Anita Handicap, to be decided during the coming meeting, on next March 4. Seabiscuit, property of the Pacific Coast automobile magnate, Charles S. Howard, was assigned the top impost of 134 pounds. Stagehand, winner of the 0,000 Santa Anita Derby, and also the 00,000 event last year, was given an impost of 128 pounds, and Dauber, owned by E. E. Fogelson, along with Sorteado, also the property of Charles 5. Howard, and "Triple Crown" winner from South America, was given 124 pounds. iTigaroti, owned jointly by Lin Howard and "Crooner" Bing Crosby, and Perifox were allotted 122 pounds. Marica and Isoroma were given 121 pounds. The lightest assignment of 100 pounds each were given seven, including Done Gone, Iron Hills, Cayenne, Townsman, Stop Scout, Cross" Sign and Town Call. With Hialeah attempting to lure six of the leading stars of the year to their course for the 0,000 Special race, the announcement by Charles S. Howard as to whether or not his champion will accept the issue will be anxiously awaited in turf circles on the Pacific coast. Porters Mite, owned by W. E.
