STRENGTHENS AIR FORCE LONDON, England, Dec. 15. France has strengthened her air force in Tunisia in view of Fascist demands for annexation of that protectorate and other French territories, j the London Daily Express reported from Tunis today. The paper said that twenty I one French bombers, which engaged in practice maneuvers over Tunisia, postponed their homeward flight to Lyons pending Premier Mussolinis forthcoming speech at Sardinia.
