XMAS TREE AT FAIR GROUNDS NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 15. The Yule-tide spirit will prevail at the Fair Grounds, and the management of the Louisiana Jockey Club has provided for the decoration of the entire plant. A fir tree towering twenty-nine feet high, said to be the largest ever to be brought into the city, will be" rigged up in the infield opposite the grand- stand by Saturday. Laden with all of the" usual trinkets, sparklers and multi-colored electric lights, the tree is expected to pre sent a pretty sight. J
