I BOWIE TURF NOTES I $ e The plater Duel was turned over to H. But-terf ield to train for owner Mrs. G. W. Church. At the conclusion of the Havre de Grace meeting H. C. Tumin will ship to Delaware Park. Sol Rutchick said that he would ship the horses he has here for various owners to Jamaica for that meeting. Jockey J. Wagner will ride for Andy Schuttinger over the New York tracks, starting at Jamaica. Jockey A. Craig reported to trainer "Doc" Crawford of the W. S. Kilmer stable in Virginia. The horses will be shipped to Pimlico some time next week. Among newcomers to Bowie racing in the jockeys ranks were J. Brennan, R. Pinn and D. Scocca. Ten horses are listed on the schooling list of starter James Milton. The latest addition is Last Scamp, which reared and bothered other starters in her last start. Fifteen horses owned by L. E. Ogle arrived at Havre de Grace from Hot Springs. They will be raced at that meeting; Jockey R. Eccard arrived from Hot Springs and applied for a license. He is under call to L. E. Ogle.
