SWISS RUSH PREPARATIONS GENEVA, Switzerland, April 6. Hastening its military preparation to face the new European crisis, the Swiss government today voted 600,000,000 Swiss francs for new armaments and fortifications. It also considered appropriation of 190,000,000 francs, in additional credits for the equipment of defense volunteers. At present rate of exchange, 600,000,000 Swiss francs are about 35,000,000 and 190,000,000 francs about 2,750,000.
