BENEFACTOR WELL ADVANCED LEXINGTON, Ky., April 6 Benefactor is well advanced in his training, and is due to have his next workout within a day or two, William Hurley, trainer of E. R. Bradleys Kentucky Derby candidate, stated here today, when advised of the report in New York the colt had suffered a filled tendon. With the private course at Idle Hour Farm in muddy condition, trainer Hurley is awaiting improvement before calling on the son of Blue Larkspur Patroness for his next trial. Hurley is pointing Benefactor for his three-year-old debut at the Keeneland meeting, beginning a week from today.
