Apprentice jockey Loraine Gardelle, under contract to Bagley, will sport silks for his contract employer during the current meeting. Norman "Butsey" Hernandez has engaged the veteran jockey, T. P. Martin, for first services. Ralph Le Blanc, New Orleans owner, has three horses quartered at Fairmount Park,; Al Gaal will handle the racers. ! Former jockey Charles Mullaney, outrider at Arlington Park, Chicago, and the New Orleans Fair Grounds tracks, will continue in a like capacity during the present meeting here. Jack Klucina, entry clerk, received word that the horse,- Bob Weidel, which won thirty-seven races for Klucina, passed away at Dowagiac, Mich., at eleven years of age. Bob Weidel was by Paul Weidel— Battle of Flowers. j Apprentice jockey C. Carlberg and jockey J. Carter will attend to the riding, duties of the E. B.
