NARRAGANSETTS FINAL WEEK PAWTUCKET, R. I., May 6.— Narragan-sctt Park swings into the home stretch of the most successful nineteen-day spring meeting ever held in New England Monday. One week from today the racing scene will shift to Suffolk Downs, not to return to Rhode Island until August 14 when the thirty-day summer meeting gets under way. Gansctts program for the closing week is a good one. Purses and stakes totaling almost 0,000 should attract plenty of the better class horses and with the weather rapidly returning to normalcy, better racing may be expected.
