Churchill Downs Rulings LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 16. The Churchill Down stewards made the following ruling here today: "Jockey S. Brooks is fined 0 for reporting to ride in an unfit condition. "Jockey M. L. Fallonis fined 0 for reporting to ride in an unfit condition."
