Many Stings Retired BOSTON, Mass., May 16. Mose Shapoff, former trainer for the Le Mar Stock Farm, who is now campaigning a large string for his son and himself, has received word from Ohio that the erstwhile stakes winner, Many Stings, has been retired to the Le Mar farm for the balance of his days. Many Stings was winner of 0,000 and the Widener Challenge Cup and McLennan Memorial Handicap in 1940.
