BRILLIANT JR., much the best, took a short lead at once, was steadied in the lead, drew out when called upon and won easily. AGRARIAN SON improved his position gradually from a slow beginning and finished well, but was no match for the winner. ALLDEPENDS was a forward factor all the way, but could not threaten. FIGHTING MAC was used up racing with the winner and tired. BULLY GUSHER was unable to improve his position. IMPENETRABLE was not dangerous. TIDEOVER was eased when outrun. SUNRID WAS FOUND LAME ON THE POST PARADE AND WAS ORDERED WITHDRAWN. ALL WAGERS ON HIM WERE REFUNDED. Scratched— 22094 Sunrid, 113; 22094 Pilateer, 115. Bully Gusher claimed by Rakickas and Gillespie. Attendance, 17,485; Total Mutuel Pool, 16,899. Returned to Public, 97,703, Less Breakage.
