J. Howard Lewis Dies BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 5. — J. Howard Lewis, associated with racing for a number of years and at one time trainer for the late Joseph E. Widener, aied at Elkin Park, Pa., Saturday night. Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning.
