Tanforan Files Documents TANFORAN, San Bruno, Calif., May 5. — Tanforan race tracks canceled fall meeting last year would have netted its owners more than ,000,000 in profits, documents filed in Federal Court declared Friday. The profit prediction was made in a supplemental motion to dismiss charges of violating the second War Powers Act filed for attorneys for track owners and contractors who assertedly diverted critical materials for renovation of the track. They have been indicted by a federal grand jury.
